The first General Assembly ( GA )of EATEO was held on 10/11/2017. Participants to the GA were all Members as well as ECAC, European Commission, EUROCONTROL, ICAO, IATA, ACI, as observers.

During the GA, the outgoing Interim Chairman and the Interim CEO presented a historical background leading to the establishment of EATEO and the work done so far.

The GA approved some amendments of the Association’s Articles of Association, the Action plan for 2018, as well as the budget for 2018.

Based on nominations received in accordance with the Articles of Association, elections were held for the Chairman and the Members of the Executive Committee. The following were elected :

• Paula Almeida – Director of JAA TO   : Member
• Diana Dumitrache – CEO Romanian Aeronautical Association: Member
• Steve Scott – Professor Coventry University : Member
• Miltos Miltiadous – COO HERMES Airports : Member
• Iacovos Papadopoulos-Chairman FSF-MED : Member
