EATEO SYMPOSIUM FOR THE FUTURE CHALLENGES IN AVIATION TRAINING
In line with its objectives to enhance regional cooperation in aviation training, EATEO has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the “African Association of Aviation Training Organisations- AATO”.
In line with its policies to recognize excellence in training, EATEO decided to establishe a yearly Award, to be presented to any of its members who demonstrated exemplary pe4rformance in training.
The first General Assembly ( GA )of EATEO was held on 10/11/2017. Participants to the GA were all Members as well as ECAC, European Commission, EUROCONTROL, ICAO, IATA, ACI, as observers.
Whilst it was recognised that, since this is the first year of EATEO’s existence and the new Members that will be joining the Association may have different priorities, no detailed action plan can be prepared.
